What data we process

• Contact form: name, email, hotel or group, number of rooms, PMS you use, service of interest and the message you write.
• Session booking: the data you provide when booking in the calendar (name, email and answers to the booking questions).
• Email: the data included in the messages you send us.
• Browsing: aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country and device type) without cookies. The visit identifier is computed anonymously and reset every day, so it cannot identify you.

We do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not include them in your message.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry, organise the session you book and, if you ask, send you a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To follow up on your enquiry within reason. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in attending to people who have shown interest in our services (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used in order to improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We will not send you marketing communications without your consent, and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.

How long we keep it

Contact data is kept while we handle your enquiry and, if no business relationship follows, for up to one year after the last contact. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law. Visit statistics are aggregated and contain no data that identifies you.

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting and visit statistics.
• Formspree, Inc.: receiving contact form messages.
• Cal.com, Inc.: session booking calendar.
• Google (Google Workspace): email.

International transfers

Some of these providers are located in the United States or may access data from there. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to hello@kybernesgroup.com. We will reply within the period set by the GDPR.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. When you open the booking calendar you move to the Cal.com website, which applies its own cookie policy.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
